The “Save the Powers” series begins with one of the most endangered and largest land animals – the elephant, which looks like each of us. Elephants, like humans, are social animals. Thanks to their highly developed brain, they have willpower, problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from past experiences. Elephants use various postures to communicate with each other and emit sounds that are incomprehensible to the human ear, but can reach a group of relatives many kilometers away.
The other side of the 50mm diameter coin depicts the elephant, locally gilded, revealing the beauty of the animal and the harsh reality of elephant extinction. The leaves, placed realistically around the edges of the coin as if growing in nature, are a testament to the artistry of the coin makers. The series features a selection of endangered animals – which also include the gorilla, leopard and wild goat. Let us stop the unstoppable passage of time and restore harmony with nature’s treasures of life. Life on Earth, after all, is what gives us strength.
We invite you to consider how you can be a part of saving the forces today!
