2€ Euro Greece 2016 – Holocaust of Arkadi Monastery

The year of issue, “2016”, is visible on the upper right side, while below the central inscription, a palmette, the emblem of the Greek Mint, is depicted. The artist’s monogram, George Stamatopoulos, appears on the lower right part of the design. The outer ring of the coin displays the 12 stars of the European flag.
